Return Policy

At MMC India, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality hair extensions and wigs to enhance their beauty and confidence. We understand that sometimes returns may be necessary, and we want to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process for our valued customers.

7-Day Return Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Return Process:

1. Initiate the Return:

   • Log in to your MMC India account.
   • Go to the ‘Order History’ section and select the order containing the item you wish to return.
   • Click on the ‘Return Items’ button and follow the instructions to complete the return request.

2. Return Authorization:

   • Once your return request is received, our team will review it and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.

3. Packaging:

   • Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories and tags are included.

4. Shipping:

   • Ship the item back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund or Exchange:

• Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after receiving the returned item. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

• If you opt for an exchange, the new item will be shipped to you once the return is processed. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately at customer-service@mmcindia.com with your order number and supporting images. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
